Good shower, convenient parking, rooms next to each other, helpful staff, basic amenities.

Nothing, all was good.

Absolultey fantastic service, warm clean rooms, the Husband and Wife team who run the Gisborne Bella Vista, are wonderful, and very friendly couple, they make you feel at home, and relaxed.The Motel is also very quiet and the whole complex is kept clean and tidy, with very modern decor.

During my recent stay in a downtown motel, I was delighted by the modern bathroom and the complimentary tea and coffee supplies. the continental breakfast had more than enough options to start the day off right, including large quantities of juice and toast. I was pleased to see that there was a nearby convenience store for last-minute purchases and that the motel was located a short walk from a popular surf beach.

The room size was much more compact than I anticipated.

excellent hotel ,clean comfortable,had everything you need for a stay.the owner very helpfull ,even supplied more tea bags for the english person. would deffinatly reccomend this hotel for any sort of holiday or stay.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at Bella Vista Motel. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a modern bathroom. The hosts were friendly and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center. The free high-speed internet was a great bonus. I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend Bella Vista Motel.

Studio unit very small and although has tea/coffee making facilities hard to fill kettle in hand basin. Too compact!

It was quiet although it was on a main road and within 20 minutes walking of the centre.

The hosts at the motel were very welcoming and offered great advice about local spots to visit and dine at. Location was also convenient, with easy access to both the city center and natural attractions nearby. Room was clean and comfy, with all necessary amenities available.

The room was quite small which posed some problems for our group. the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm at times.

Friendly, courteous staff who gave us a sense of importance and that our well being was important to them.

Very warm welcome, clean and nice modern motel. Within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants and cafes.

Not keen on being expected to wash dishes in bathroom handbasin (hygiene?). Feel that soiled cutlery and cookery should be collected for washing if suitable facility is not available, Also a microwave would be appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, even picking up some of our crew from the airport. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the convenience of the location, right on the main road and close to everything we needed. a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Very friendly staff always helpful and very welcoming nothing is too much trouble. As a business traveler I like to stay in safe, clean and secure accommodation that's why I always stay here.
